NEED WATER SAVING TIPS? KEEP PALMS GREEN! WE WILL HELP! GREGORY PALM FARMS

We have several palm tree farms in Southern California and grow a wide variety of palm trees for every type of job or landscape project.

Our Pauma Valley farm in San Diego County is our largest growing location of palms, and these palms can weather conditions down to 20 degrees and handle snow from Mt. Palomar a few weeks out of the year. With these varying temperatures, we can supply cold, hardy palm trees to the Northwestern and Southeast states.

If you need palm trees, you need to visit our palm tree nursery in Pauma Valley and pick out the palm trees that will enhance your property and cut down on maintenance, upkeep and watering.

Palm trees come in a variety of shapes, sizes and types from small decorative palm trees like Pygmy Date Palms, to large estate sized, majestic Canary Island Date Palms. We also have a large selection of King Palms ranging from small container sized trees, to large, mature King Palms.

No matter what you are looking for in Palm Trees,Gregory Palm Farms has trees that will fit your plans and budget.

If you are planning to install multiple palm trees, call us today for a FREE consultation.

One of our Gregory Palm Farms family members will come to your home, office or project site and help with the complete overall design and recommend the best trees for your installation.

WHY IS AN ORGANIC PALM FARM NECESSARY? FOR YOUR HEALTH AND MORE! (714) 814-8525 BREATHE THE FRESH AIR AND WALK WITH CONFIDENCE AND BE PROUD! GREGORY PALM FARMS

 Hi!

Here at Gregory Palm Farms, we love our environment. The care for the land is paramount to the survival of our planet. What did we do? Our farm is organic and have been for five years.

Do we have weeds? Yes, but we don't use harmful chemicals to control their growth. Besides, it creates an amazing ecosystem for collecting rain water and holding it in our aquifers. We use weed-eaters to mow down the growth leaving the root system for the moles, squirrels and other wild life.

WHEN you come to our farm and walk around, then get back in your car, you won't be bringing harmful chemicals into your environment.

Do you need organic Palm saver for your palms? It is a whole food product designed to give your palms the necessary vitamins while not harming the environment around it.

COME DOWN TO THE GREGORY PALM FARMS AND BE SURPRISED BY OUR BEAUTIFUL FARM AND PALM STOCK!

Drought Tolerant Palms: The Jelly Palm (Their seeds make yummy jelly) at the Gregory Palm Farms (714) 814-8525. Canary Palms, Date palms, triangle palm

Hi!

EMAIL US AT GREGPALMS1@GMAIL.COM ANY QUESTIONS, APPOINTMENTS,                                         PRICING, HELP!     OPEN SATURDAY

5th-generation Gregory Palms farmer enjoys the shade of the Pindo palm (aka the Jelly palm, aka Butia palm).

The effects of many years of drought is quite obvious. All one has to do is drive through any suburban neighborhood in Southern California and they will see dying lawn after dying lawn. Apartment complexes and businesses plazas have put up signs asking their residents and patrons to excuse the appearance of their landscape while they make an effort to adhere to the water conservation policies.

So is there a light at the end of this dry and parched tunnel?

The answer is sort of. While we may not be able to perform rain dances to summon a downpour of clear, liquid gold, we can ease the suffering on our landscapes.

Replacing grass lawns and yards with drought-tolerant plants and trees not only helps efforts with conserving water but also makes that walk to your front doorstep a lot less depressing! Instead of using grass to cover your lawn, opt for rock or wood chips with succulents and other drought-friendly plants.

You can still have the luscious green yard without breaking the bank with water fines.

The Jelly palm (first picture above) is another great alternative for your lawn as it requires little watering. Its blue-green, recurved leaves will give any lawn a more exotic and island-like feel. It can withstand high temperatures as well as temperatures down to 10-degrees Fahrenheit.  It also produces a sweet/tart fruit that is great for making jellies and wine from.

Stay hydrated with Jelly palm wine and jelly!

Here, we planted these amazing Canary Island Date Palms in a home in Granada Hills.

They are perfect in every way!

Pineapples? You ask?

Nope, the trees are too young and it would be bad for the health of the trees.

So, once the trees grown 4 to 5' more feet, it will be the size necessary for the pineapple.

What is your dream?

These trees are stately no matter what the size.

Hi!

We have a very impressive stock of Triangle Palms, aka Neodypsis Decaryii!

The trunks are full and white and the fronds are a greenish silver!

These specimens are absolutely gorgeous!

An Up close and personal look at the trunk! This is our measuring stick for all who need it.

We trim our Triangles but not all the way up.
The tree needs the extra protection with the strapping during transport. Once we are at the job site, the tree are properly trimmed for the best possible presentation.

Triangles that have a funny angle but fun to hang with!!
