This was a pure pinch me moment. 

Let me explain!

We had Medjool Date palms, really tall date palms, to get in the backyard of this

customer's property. 

Only solution? Crane them over the house. YIKES!

This might seem like no big deal BUT IT WAS!

Seeing those babies fly one at a time and then

our staff planting them, securing them, AND making them straight was a sight to see!

Here we are at a customer's home with a 12' Canary in need of a proper trim. Why? As the tree grows, water and dirt get in between the cut fronds and they start to deteriorate. Sometimes, Canary Palm owners prefer to have the more natural trunk design rather than the trimmed or skinned trunk design. The problem is, after time the fronds will fall off and the trunks look spotted or junky. Here, you can see that if you wait long enough, the fronds simply pull off! It's okay for a while, but then moisture could get in and damage the tree. How much does sand weigh? 

A LOT!  This load probably over 20,000 pounds.

Why is that important to know? 

The weight  of the sand, and the weight of the palm tree, all are intricate on the delivery of the palm trees. The trucks can only hold a specific amount of weight so knowing all the different aspects of the delivery is paramount! 

The sand is for the Palm trees and their installation! It makes a difference between a palm tree installation and a GREAT PALM TREE INSTALLATION!
