"A diamond cut is a style or design guide used when shaping a diamond for polishing such as the brilliant cut. Cut does not refer to shape (pear, oval), but the symmetry, proportioning and polish of a diamond. The cut of a diamond greatly affects a diamond's brilliance; this means if it is cut poorly, it will be less luminous."
SO, WHAT DOES DIAMONDS HAVE TO DO WITH PALMS???
Similarly to a real diamond, the diamond cut is a style or design that we use in cutting the fronds and shaping the trunks of the Canary Island Date Palm and the Phoenix Dactylifera!!
The Cut does refer to a shape; pear, oval or diamond.
The cut of a diamond greatly affects a Palm tree's brilliance; this means if it is cut poorly, it will be less luminous.
That is why, the diamond cut is so important on these types of palm trees.
