I just had a customer ask what the difference between a palm tree's height of BTH (Brown Trunk Height) and CTH (Clear Trunk Height).

So, I thought this would be a wonderful opportunity to re-blog the measuring system for a Palm.

          7. The CTH... Clear Trunk Height... This measurement is just the trunk height only... to the top of the pineapple in this picture above. 

No matter how you measure a palm, they are perfect trees that won't harm your plumbing or pull up your special pavers!
