There is an art to trimming Canary Palms! I am sure you have seen Canaries with trunks are narrow in some places and fat in others. This poor trimming turns a Grade A tree into a D for sure.
Just like the date palms, Medjool, Dactyliferas, Machos, it's all about the proper trimming.
Each Palm should have their own chain saw, treated after each trim. These trees are worth it so take care to make sure they stay healthy. It's the small things that add up to a gorgeous Canary Palm.
