Chamaerops humilis

The Mediteranean Fan Palm is a clumping palm tree, growing slowly to 20 feet high.
Trunks 4 to 5 inches in diameter,
covered with fibrous dead leaf petioles;

With triangular, fan-shaped blue-grey to green leaves 12 to 24 inches long and wide with spiny petioles.
