At Gregory Palm Farms, the King Palm is one of our most requested palm trees. The smooth, straight trunk makes the king palm a widely adaptable palm that adds stately accent to any landscape.
This popular, elegant, and fast-growing palm from southern and eastern Australia has grass green leaves and a smooth crown-shaft. An easy-to-grow plant suitable for cool temperate to tropical climates, or for indoors if given bright light.
The King Palm requires a well drained soil, uses a moderate amount of water and grows to 30 - 40 feet. It does well in full sun or shade. The King Palm is also self-cleaning.
All of our King Palms at Gregory Palm Farms are field grown with some being transferred to boxes for shipment to customer installations.
