A King Palm is a widely adaptable palm that adds stately accent to any landscape. This popular, elegant, and fast-growing palm from southern and eastern Australia has grass green leaves, a slim trunk, and a long, smooth crownshaft. An easy-to-grow plant suitable for cool temperate to tropical climates, or for indoors if given bright light. The King Palm is also self-cleaning. The Canary Island Date Palm is a luxury symbol throughout the world. Its massive size and long, luscious fronds immediately remind you of a tropical island south of the equator. These palms can grow anywhere from 33-66ft (10-20m) in height with fronds that can reach 20ft long (6m).
