With the cold and misty day, we are burning our old palm fronds! With our permit and water hoses ready, we start this cycle that is completely natural.
As the fire starts its job, we come in a mix the fuel so it all gets burned evenly.
What do we do with the ash? The ash is our key fertilizer the farm and is rich in nutrients that only nature can provide.
Gregory Palm Farms is an organic farm so no chemicals are smoked into our environment. Everything has a purpose!
