BTF: By The Foot - dumb because industry has always been BTH
BTH: By The Height - This is the measurement from the ground to the center spike.
CTH: Clear Trunk Height : That's right to the top of the pineapple of the palm.
OH: Overall Height - That's from the very top to the very bottom with everything in between.
