Here we are at a customer's home with a 12' Canary in need of a proper trim. Why? As the tree grows, water and dirt get in between the cut fronds and they start to deteriorate. Sometimes, Canary Palm owners prefer to have the more natural trunk design rather than the trimmed or skinned trunk design. The problem is, after time the fronds will fall off and the trunks look spotted or junky. Here, you can see that if you wait long enough, the fronds simply pull off!
